Question: Why is ZEC not taking over fully the registration of voters?

Answer:   ZEC operates within the laws of the Country. The law specifically states that registration of     voters is conducted by the Registrar General of Voters under the supervision and direction of ZEC.



Question: When are the elections going to be held?

Answer:   ZEC has no legal mandate to decide on the date of elections. The President of the Republic of Zimbabwe proclaims the date of elections.
